1.What do you mean by downing APP to sync data?
Usually, A smart watch need a bridge to achieve data synchronization with the phone, i.e., synchronization software. Different smart watch use different sync software. You may find the QR Code in watch menu or user manual.
2.What’s the difference between Bluetooth connecting and APP connecting?
Generally speaking, when the smart watch connected with phone via Bluetooth, you can sync phone call, contacts, call history, music to smart watch and remote control phone camera.
When the smart watch connected with phone via sync software (APP), you can achieve:
Receive phone notification on smart watch, including SMS, Facebook, twitter, WeChat, QQ, and other notification from phone.
Sync sports & health data to phone from smart watch, including steps, calories, mileages, heart rate, sleep data.
3.What do you mean whether a smart watch can compatible with iPhone or not?
When we say a smart watch is compatible with iPhone, we mean it provide sync software for iPhone. Steps & heart rate data in smart watch can sync to iPhone and notification from iPhone can sync to smart watch.
4.How to tell whether the watch is compatible with iPhone or not?
Generally speaking, 3G smart watch can support iPhone, as for 2G smart watch, it depends on CPU and Bluetooth Version. For example, MTK6260 and MTK6261 are equipped with Bluetooth 3.0, they do not support iPhone. (I.e. they do not have an APP for iPhone); MT2502A and MTK2502C are equipped with Bluetooth 4.0, they can support iPhone (i.e. iPhone can download APP to sync data).Such as Our GT88, KW18, KW88 are compatible with iPhone.
5.What should I do if the watch is unable to start?
Generally speaking, we will charge the watch to more than 50% before shipping. However, due to delivery time or shipping bumps, the watch may unable to start. In this case, you can peel off the plastic insulation on battery, then reinstall battery and charge the watch with large electric current.
6.What to do if I cannot connect watch with phone?
There are two methods of connecting watch with phone, open the Bluetooth in both watch and phone, you can search watch in phone or search phone in watch. If any method is unable, please change to the other method.
7.What should I do if the APP flashes back?
Please check whether the RAM (Random-Access Memory)of your mobile phone is enough. As each APP will occupy some space to run, if the RAM of phone is inadequate, the APP cannot run smooth. On the other hand, please be sure the operating system of your phone is match with the APP, if not, please update the system.
